McNally is pleased to offer our consumer retail customers a 30 day, from date of purchase, a no hassle return policy on all unopen or new (unused) products. Please contact our customer service department at 1-888-877-8479 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any product returned without an RMA number will be refused. After 30 days from purchase product may be accepted for return however there will be a 15% restocking fee. No product will be accepted for return after 90 days. No used or damaged products will be accepted for return. The customer is responsible to pay for return shipping.
